Acrobat Arms with Filter

– UAS^® Acrobat arm with filter is a high-performance fume extraction and filtration unit designed by Ünveren Air Systems for daily applications.

– It is easy to install and maintain. It is economical. Smoke and other airborne dust, pollutants are safely caught at their source and the risk of exposure to occupational diseases is reduced.

– U-TEX filter, which can be easily removed and installed, can be cleaned manually with compressed air and can be used repeatedly. The U-TEX cartridge filter collects particles as small as 0.5 microns before releasing back the clean air to the facility. It cleans 99.9% of dirty air.

– UAS^® Acrobat arm with filter works as a heat recovery device by capturing, cleaning and recycling dirty air, providing energy efficiency.

– Complies with OSHA guidelines to control welding fumes. Safe to use in welding and soldering work.

– The carrier frame, which consists of a self-supporting mechanism inside, can rotate 360° at the point where it connects to the wall console. It can be brought to any position and can remain in this position without any additional support.

– The carrier frame is covered with a 153mm diameter, high abrasion resistant UAS^® FORTE PU-LA se flame retardant polyurethane hose.

– The hoods can rotate 360°. Air adjustment can be made with the volume damper. The 360° rotatable hood is designed to fully meet point vacuum conditions by blocking welding fumes and provides 40% more efficiency than ordinary hoods.

– The hoods are manufactured from extremely durable thermoplastic that is resistant to impacts with injection press in steel moulds. It is resistant to acids.

– Optionally, hoods can be produced as Stainless steel, Galvanized steel, painted steel, transparent plastic polymer.

– Lighting set and fan motor ON/OFF remote control are optional.
