Belt Driven Axial Fans

According to changing needs, 560 (22″), 660 (26″), 760 (30″), and 1270 (50″) type ventilation fans are produced. Fan shutter sets have the feature of being easily disassembled and installed. In this way, it also facilitates the cleaning of the inside of the fan. All ventilation fan bodies are manufactured from galvanized steel sheet. Fan blades are made of stainless steel. The blades have a special curve to increase strength and efficiency in all blade types. Fan Blades are produced from two grades of stainless steel, 304 and 403 quality, according to demand. Their thickness is 1 mm. Fan Louvers open with centrifugal force, which turns into mechanical force that occurs with the rotation of the blades. The louvers are balanced by the extra weights mounted on them. The centrifugal force arises with the rotation of the wings and the shutters open with this centrifugal force and close thanks to the extra weight. The fans work silently with their motor-belt-pulley system. The pulley is made of aluminum casting and a specially designed bearing is used to extend the working life of the fan. The ring frame around the fan is produced from galvanized steel sheet. The louvers open when the fan is running, and close when the fan stops working. Specially made protection wire is on the back of the fans. The fans are mounted on the wall with the screws on the outer frame. The belt of the axial fan, which works according to the engine-belt-pulley system, can stretch over time. The tensioning system is required to prevent the fan capacity from being reduced and the belt from being dislodged. It is difficult to provide the necessary tension in axial fans with today's technology as it requires extra time and labor. However, thanks to the belt tensioning system developed by ÜNVEREN, it takes 10-15 seconds to tension the fan belt. After the necessary tensioning is done, it can be fixed with the wing nut and bolt in the belt tensioning system. The belt tensioning system works as follows: the tensioning tool moves the nut located behind the fan in the axial direction. Thus, the belt gains the necessary tension.
