One of the most critical elements in exhaust gas extraction systems is the industrial exhaust gas hose that ensures the safe, efficient and long-lasting transfer of high-temperature exhaust gases.
Exhaust gases generated by motor vehicles, construction machinery, military vehicles, generators, test stations and maintenance workshops cannot be safely extracted with ordinary hoses due to high temperature, soot, vibration and demanding working conditions. Therefore, the hose used in the system must be suitable for the temperature level, mechanical stress and operating environment.
Ünveren Hava Sistemleri A.Ş. uses its own UAS® industrial exhaust gas hoses, manufactured in its own production facilities, in the exhaust gas extraction systems it produces. In this way, the hose, which is one of the most important components of the system, is selected according to the application requirements and works in full compatibility with the exhaust gas extraction system.
UAS® exhaust gas hoses are manufactured with different raw materials for various application areas and temperature requirements. These product groups offer technical structures suitable for operating within a temperature range from -240°C up to +1100°C. Thanks to this wide temperature resistance range, they provide reliable solutions for many industrial applications, from low-temperature conditions to very high-temperature exhaust gas extraction.
With their flexible structure, high temperature resistance, suitable diameter options and system-compatible connection solutions, UAS® industrial exhaust gas hoses help transfer exhaust gases safely from the source to the outside environment or to a filtration system.

A proper exhaust gas extraction system does not consist only of a powerful fan or mechanical equipment. The success of the system is directly related to the temperature resistance, flexibility, chemical structure and operating-condition suitability of the hose that transfers the exhaust gas.
