After the second World War, German scientists invented the synthetic rubber and to this day, it became as advanced as natural rubber. For many years, most of the hose production has been made with synthetic rubber.
Hose production has gained a new dimension with the discovery of polyurethane by German scientist Otto BAYER. Firms such as Italian Merlett in 1952 and German Masterflex in 1987 began producing thermoplastic hoses which enabled a new generation of hoses. Turkey was introduced to the new age polyurethane hoses in early 80s with the help of importers and distributors. Our company Unveren Air Systems Inc. entered the market as the distributor of the German hose manufacturer Masterflex and continued with the sales of polyurethane and hot air hoses for many years.
With the experience and know-how gathered by Unveren Air Systems, our company began its own industrial hose production in 2008. Over the years, with many investments we successfully improved our production capacity and product range to become Turkey’s leading industrial hose manufacturer. As of today, on top of being the leader in the Turkish market, we export to over 52 countries. Ünveren Air Systems Inc. manufactures polyurethane and TPV industrial hoses using the high technology machinery designed specifically to your needs. Two-layered PRESTO PU-H – Inner layer: 100% polyurethane, Outer layer: antistatic special fabric
Copper coated steel wire resistant to abrasion, high temperature and pressure
