Ex-proof Ex-Proof UAS^® Akrobat Gas Suction Arms are suitable for use in zones 1/21, 2/22 according to the ATEX Labor Directive 1999/92/EC. It does not carry an EX mark because it is not within the scope of Directive 2014/34/EU. Ex-Proof UAS^® Akrobat Gas Suction Arms meet all the requirements for use in environments where explosive dust and gases are required.

The suction hoses of Ex-Proof UAS® Acrobat Gas Suction Arms are equipped with wear-resistant, antistatic and flame retardant UAS Forte Hoses or UAS Allegro SNT Hoses resistant to chemicals and 130C temperatures.

Suction hoses have copper-plated spiral wire for grounding. It is produced in Ünveren A.Ş. facilities.

The carrier frame, which consists of a self-supporting mechanism inside, is Epoxy painted. It can rotate 360° at the point where it is connected to the wall console.

It can be moved to any position and remain in that position without additional support.

Grounding is done with the copper coated wire of the suction hoses. Static electricity is prevented.

The hoods of Ex-Proof UAS^® Akrobat Gas Suction Arms are produced from stainless steel or thermoplastic according to need. It has an air adjustment damper.
