– UAS® King Size Roller exhaust gas discharge systems are engine wound
– UAS® RAPSODI high temperature hoses are used in UAS® King Size Reel exhaust gas evacuation systems.
– Reels are used to roll up the suction hoses and to open and extend them when needed.
They can be requested with or without a fan.
They can be mounted on ceilings, walls, UAS® Rail Channel systems and UAS® Movable Arms.
–UAS® King Size Roller exhaust gas evacuation systems are RAL 1003 oven painted.
-All its components are made of high-carbon, high-quality solid steel.
– They can be used with UAS® Hoses with different properties in different applications (vacuum trucks, tea collection vehicles, garbage collection works, general ventilation works, welding smoke, light dust collection, odor evacuation, polishing and chipping works, acid vapor evacuation, etc.) .
-Acid resistant fan or Ex-Proof fan motor models are possible.
It is used as shown in the user manual and does not require maintenance.
–UAS® King Size Reel exhaust gas evacuation systems are offered with UAS® hoses and nozzles suitable for world markets.
Standard hose nozzles in all exhaust gas suction units are metal nozzles with caps and tongs. Other nozzle models are optional. In addition, we produce hard or soft plastic (PU) exhaust nozzles according to order with our 3D machines.
