Low Pressure Radial Fans

It is generally used in low pressure ventilation systems. It is passed through static and dynamic balancing tests in ISO 1940 norm. The direction of rotation of the fans is marked in a visible place on the body. The working positions of the ventilators must be specified in the order. As standard, steel can be protected with RAL 1003 yellow synthetic paint, optionally hot dip galvanized, epoxy primer and finish coat. It is manufactured in the range of 500 – 20.000 m³ / h and 50 – 200 mmSS. Special designs are available for different flow and pressure requirements.

BODY
It is designed to be durable, non-vibrating and air-tight with welded construction. The body is made of steel sheet as standard. We produce chrome nickel or other materials on special request.
ROTOR
It is manufactured from steel sheet or chrome nickel or special alloy sheet on special request. Our rotors are offered to your service with dynamic and static balance.
ELECTRIC MOTOR
At the desired voltage and 1400 rpm motor is directly coupled to the rotor. For special applications, the belt pulley is manufactured as a motorized or clutch powered.
BASE
The radial ventilator is manufactured in a type that can be connected to the grate floor with angle feet.
OUTPUT MOUTH
UAS^® BAS type radial ventilators with rectangular shot mouth can be produced with flange and counter flange on special request.
