UAS® Connect provides standard and custom-designed connection components and technical parts for hoses, pipes, air ducts, fans, filters, machinery and industrial equipment.

Our advanced 3D manufacturing infrastructure enables production in a wide range of sizes and geometries, from small components to large-format parts up to 1,000 mm.

3D MANUFACTURING UP TO 1,000 MM

Digital manufacturing technology enables non-standard dimensions, complex geometries and low-volume parts to be produced without expensive tooling.

Single parts, prototypes and series production are available.

Products can be designed according to the customer’s technical drawing, dimensions or physical sample.

CONNECTION METHODS

The connection method is selected according to the hose construction, application and operating conditions.

UAS® Thread – Threaded Connection

A thread geometry matched to the spiral structure of the hose allows the fitting to be screwed directly onto the hose, providing easy installation and removal.

UAS® Clamp – Clamped Connection

The hose is fitted over the connection piece and secured with a clamp. Retaining grooves or special geometries can be incorporated where required.

UAS® Flange – Flanged Connection

Standard or custom-designed flanges can be produced for connections to fans, filters, cyclones, machinery and piping systems.

UAS® Quick – Quick Connection

Locking, bayonet-type or other custom quick-connect systems can be developed for applications requiring frequent connection and disconnection.

MATERIAL OPTIONS

Material is selected according to the operating conditions of the application.

TPU • TPE • PETG • ABS • ASA • PP • PA/Nylon • PC and various engineering filaments

Temperature, flexibility, impact and abrasion resistance, chemical environment, UV exposure and mechanical loads are considered when selecting the appropriate material.

For metal connection components, galvanized and stainless steel options are also available.
