Telescopic Acrobat Exhaust Arms

Telescopic UAS® Acrobat Exhaust Arms are developed for this purpose and presented to the world markets with the following features:

-Suitable for welding training booths and small rooms.

-The carrier frame, which consists of a self-supporting mechanism inside, can turn 360° at the point where it is connected to the wall console.

– Can be placed in any position and remain in its position without additional support.

-The carrier frame is covered with a spark-resistant UAS® FORTE PU-L ANTISTATIC AND NON-FLAMMABLE PU HOSE with a diameter of 153 mm. If required, it can be coated with various UAS® hoses resistant to different temperatures up to 1100°C.

-The hoods can rotate 360°. Air adjustment can be made with the volume damper. The 360° rotatable hood is designed to fully meet the point vacuum conditions by blocking chemical gases and dust, and it is 40% more efficient than ordinary hoods.

-The hoods are produced with injection press in thermoplastic steel moulds that are impact resistant and highly robust. They do not stain and they are acid resistant.

-Optionally, the hoods can also be produced with stainless steel, galvanized steel, painted steel, and transparent plastic polymer.

-The lighting set and remote control for ON/OFF switches are optional.

-Can be connected to a single fan or to central ventilation systems.

-Telescopic UAS® Acrobat exhaust arms are offered to the domestic and international market as a complete set, including the steel wall connection console and the hood.
