Aerosol mist or saturated steam and particles of contaminated air are affected of the gravity. These particles with air are brought to UAS® Metal Filter® by sucking from the points through of UAS® ACROBAT ARM® which is connected to the ventilation system. UAS® Metal Filter efficient is %98 in 5 micron. Efficiency can be ensured as %99 with reinforced Hepa Filter or U-Tex Filter. UAS® Metal Filter can be seperated from the unit easly to clean up. UAS® Mobile Oil Mist Filter Units are washable. Maintenance free for UAS® Metal.
UAS® Mobile Units prevent breakdowns due to oil mist pollutions and time saving. Repair and maintenance cost will be decreased %90. Metal Filter Mobile Oil Mist Unit has oil drain tray, on/off button, engine light, 5mt cable and carrier. It can be moveable to another place easly thanks to wheels.One UAS® Acrobat Exhaust Arm with External was mounted to unit. UAS® Acrobat Exhaust Arm With External is ideal for the absorbing the oil mist. UAS® Acrobat Exhaust Arm With External is equiped with UAS® non-flammable hoses and antistatic hoses in different diameters for different requested airflows. Carier carcass is placed in the another hose to protect the carcass. Thus, sucking hose cannot be affected of the pressure loss. Dust and abrasive materials which is sucked is not cling to inside hose wall. There is no static electricity because of hose has antistatic and electrally conductive. Thus, no fire risk. UAS® Acrobat Exhaust Arm With External can be fixed in every position without any backing. It can carry itself. UAS® Wall Type Oil Mist Filter Unit has oil drain tray, on/off button, engine light. UAS® Acrobat Arm which is available 2-3-4 lengths can be connected to the carriers. UAS® Acrobat Arm can be connected to UAS® Moving Extension arm which is avaliable in 5-6-7-8-9-10 meters lenghts for more long distance.
