In industrial environments, a large variety of toxic gases, fumes and dusts mix into the air and cause destruction, especially in the lungs, respiratory tract and other vital organs, once inhaled by workers. Working environments with clean and breathable air are constant essential needs of the workplaces. The ideal solution for the protection of such working spaces can be guaranteed with a point vacuum system.
It is designed for use in fixed welding points, welding cabinets or training workshops. It can be easily mounted on a wall, column or console. It is made of very strong steel sheet and painted with scratch and impact resistant paint. After the thick dust is cleaned in the pre-filter, the smoke passes to the two-stage main filter and cleaned by Electrostatic charging and separation. Dusts that are too thin and can go to the lungs pass to the ionization part with air. Here, + electric is charged with strong electric field strength. While the fine dusts that are loaded pass through the collectors, they are drawn by two collectors and remain there. The cleaning rate reaches 98%.
The Welding Fume Extraction and Filtering Unit has an On / Off switch, a warning light indicating that the device is operating, as well as a warning light indicating that the filter is dirty, and a 5 metre main input cable.
Optionally, it can contain an activated carbon filter. The purpose of the use of activated carbon filter is related specifically to absorbing harmful gas and odour to protect human health.
1 or 2 UAS® Acrobat Exhaust Arms of 2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 metres can be connected to the unit.
UAS® ACROBAT EXHAUST ARMS
consists of a self-supporting 360° rotatable UAS® FORTE PU-L ANTISTATIC AND NON-FLAMMABLE POLYURETHANE HOSE and a 360 ° rotatable air-damping hood.
It can be brought to any position and remain without additional support.
The 360 ° rotatable hood is designed to completely meet point vacuum conditions by blocking welding fumes. UAS® hoods are 40% more efficient compared to ordinary hoods. In addition to standard Thermoplastic UAS® hoods, it could also be optionally manufactured with stainless steel, galvanized steel, painted steel.
UAS® AKROBAT EXHAUST ARMS lighting set and fan motor on/off remote control are optional.
UAS® Acrobat arms can also be used separately, without being attached to the filter units.
WARNING
Electrostatic filter sets are ideal for intensive welding jobs. They can be cleaned repeatedly with water and air manually and have very long service lives.
