Forte PUH-XEL

Material

Hose wall: Special flame-retardant polyurethane (TPU) with high abrasion resistance and enhanced electrical conductivity. Available in transparent or black.

Spiral: Copper-coated spring steel wire integrated into the hose wall.

PUH-XEL is designed for industrial applications requiring high electrical conductivity combined with heavy mechanical loads and high vacuum and pressure resistance.

Wall Thickness

1.7 – 2.1 mm

Its reinforced construction beneath the spiral and increased wall thickness provide high mechanical strength, vacuum/pressure resistance and extended service life when conveying abrasive materials.

10 m – 15 m – 20 m – 40 m

Can be manufactured in one continuous length up to 40 metres.

A price surcharge may apply for special lengths exceeding 20 metres.

Attention

The use of an electrically conductive hose alone does not ensure the electrostatic safety of the entire system.

The copper-coated steel spiral inside the hose must be properly grounded and electrical continuity must be maintained.

For environments where combustible or explosive dusts may be present, suitability for use should be determined according to the conveyed material, process conditions, grounding system and the plant's risk assessment.
