In industrial environments, large amounts of oil vapor, various aerosols and gases mix into the air, creating a risk of fire. In addition, when inhaled by employees they cause damage to the lungs, respiratory tract and other vital organs. Therefore, these substances, which are extremely harmful in terms of safety and health, must be absorbed and cleaned.

With the UAS^® mini filter, aerosol, oil mist, smoke, chemical vapor and other toxic substances are mechanically separated with high efficiency. In the first stage, oil is separated from the dirty air stream with UAS^® Separators. The second stage allow oil drainage and the oil is collected in the collection container. Oily and dirty air condenses in the pre-filter and goes to the collection container, then the smoke passes to the two-stage main filter. Here, it is cleaned by Electrostatic charging and separation. Very thin and harmful substances that can go to the lungs pass to the ionization part with air. Here, positive electricity is charged with strong electric field strength. As the charged fine dust passes through the collectors, it is attracted by the two collectors and remains there. The cleaning rate reaches 98%.

The UAS^® mini filter is made of compact solid steel and coated with an abrasion resistant RAL 1003 oven paint.

The standard model comes with UAS^® Flame-proof suction hose with 160 mm diameter and 10m length, Start-Stop switch, light indicating that the device is operating.
